Who does the President answer to if he is not of the annoited class ???

he has no channel with jehovah/jesus like the annoited class.. what allows him to make any decisions ????.

If the Watchtower admitted they were wrong and closed their doors today, the numbers would probaly still go up. New groups of the belief would branch off and fom their own beliefs based on previous learnings.
It just goes to show that even in 2003, there is still a sucker born every minute.
Religion is based on fear, and everytime serious world events happen, churches show an increase in attendance.
How many of us lied on our field service reports, just to keep family and elders off are back. (all of us)
And today, how many JW's are counting internet time as witnessing and return visits ???
The numbers really mean nothing, because if Armaggeddon came tomorrow and the Watchtower was right all along, how many of the six million would make it through, a couple hundred at best.

Disfellowshipping

i appealed my disfellowshipping and at the appeal hearing they went to deliberate.
they spent 10min on their own, over an hour with the original committee, then 5-10 min on their own again before disfellowshipping me.

Once df'd, (I don't care what anybody says) you are marked for a long long long time. The next time you do something you are not supposed to do, they will grind you over the fire, they will pressure you for more service, take on more responsibility at the hall, help out in the congregation, how long before you tell one elder to f--- off.

You are in a no win situation, I understand your love for your fiance, who wouldn't, but is it worth it, there is a billion girls out there, and married into a JW family is not pretty, your kids will be raised in this, your are limited to what you can do sexually, you are limited in job opportunities (because you can't miss meetings), you will have little freedom to make decisions on your own.
So like everyone else said " why go back to this". (now if you could get her out, well then you're laughing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Things don't really change from generation to generation do they ???
I used to run a nightclub (1986-1990)(one year after I left the borg), and every Friday and Saturday, the so-called JW'S would come in, they all smoked, did drugs, drank excessively, had sex in the cars etc etc etc etc etc. I knew after watching this regularly I made the right choice to GET OUT OF THERE. I lost all family but oh well.
I know of many people that I knew from the Kingdom Hall, that did all of the above and believe it or not, had abortions, got married to get out of the house (that must of made the situation better), went to prostitutes and still gave talks and go in service. But the one that stands out know that I look back is Brother Red Head (approx 25 at the time) used to come to the club only on Sundays. Well Sunday was our teen nights (13-18). I never thought of it before, but now, he's probaly one of the ....... you know.
